DIXI GROUP — a Ukrainian analytical center specializing in energy and climate issues, with which Stand With Ukraine collaborate on advocacy activities.

The Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine is responsible for territorial development policy, decentralisation, local authorities and the reconstruction of the country. It is an institutional partner of the MistoMatch programme and supports the development of cooperation between French and Ukrainian local authorities.

The European Commission is one of the main institutions of the European Union. The association regularly participates in initiatives and events organised by the Commission as part of its support for Ukraine.

BNP Paribas is an international banking group and a partner of several initiatives led by Stand With Ukraine. It notably supports the organisation of events dedicated to the reconstruction of Ukraine and promotes exchanges between economic, institutional and territorial stakeholders.

The Île-de-France Region is a major partner of Stand With Ukraine. It supports several cooperation projects between French and Ukrainian local authorities, particularly through the MistoMatch programme, as well as projects aimed at supporting reconstruction, strengthening territorial resilience and assisting communities engaged in solidarity with Ukraine.

Razom We Stand is an international advocacy organisation working to end global dependence on Russian fossil fuels and reduce the financial resources fuelling Russia’s war against Ukraine. The association collaborates with Razom We Stand on advocacy initiatives aimed at strengthening sanctions on Russian hydrocarbons and promoting Europe’s energy independence.

The Ukrainian Institute is the public institution responsible for promoting Ukrainian culture internationally. As a partner of Stand With Ukraine, it collaborates with the association on several initiatives aimed at strengthening French-Ukrainian cultural exchanges, notably through the Season of Ukraine in France.

The French Institute is the public agency of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs responsible for France’s international cultural action. Stand With Ukraine collaborates with the French Institute on several projects, including the implementation of the Season of Ukraine in France, for which the association contributed to territorial outreach and the pre-selection of labelled projects.

Founded in 2014, the association organizes a medical and humanitarian solidarity network between France and Ukraine.

Over the years, it has established a strong chain of solidarity to support the Ukrainian health system, through donations for the re-equipping of Ukraine’s hospitals, the exchange of know-how between health professionals and deliveries of medical equipment directly distributed in Ukraine for the care of wounded and victims of conflict, based on concrete in-the-field needs across the territory.

The Ukrainian Embassy in France is the official representation of Ukraine in France, and the conduit for the voice of Ukraine to French institutions in addition to its role in supporting Ukrainian citizens in France. Stand With Ukraine regularly works with the Embassy in the context of the association’s initiatives.

The Center for Civil Liberties is a Ukrainian NGO, founded in 2007, in Kyiv in Ukraine. It is the winner of the 2022 Nobel Peace Prize.

The NGO organized the legal defence of citizens during the pro-European rallies of 2013-2014. It has also compiled data on war crimes in Donbas and Crimea. Since February 24, 2022 and the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, the Center for Civil Liberties has collected data on human rights abuse and proof of war crimes.

United for Ukraine (U4U) is an international transpartisan network of Members of Parliament and experts committed to supporting Ukraine. Drawn from more than 30 countries and one hundred universities, U4U members work with Europe and States to strengthen material aid for Ukraine, encourage the creation of sanctions, and the mobilization of international law around crimes enacted by the Russian army.

The Association of French Mayors and Presidents of Intermunicipalities (AMF) is a non-profit organization under the French 1901 law, recognized as being of public interest, with over 34,000 members, including mayors and presidents of intermunicipalities. Stand With Ukraine notably collaborated with the AMF to implement the “Lights for Winter” campaign.

The Embassy of France in Ukraine supports several projects led by Stand With Ukraine by facilitating cooperation with Ukrainian partners and promoting cooperation initiatives between local authorities, public institutions and civil society organisations in both countries.

The European Parliament is an institutional partner in the framework of advocacy activities, awareness-raising and European mobilisation activities carried out in support of Ukraine. The association notably organises meetings and conferences at Europa Experience, the European Parliament’s venue in Paris, to raise public and decision-makers’ awareness of issues related to Ukraine, its reconstruction and its European future.

Martin Duplantier Architectes is a French architecture, urban planning and landscape design firm. As a partner of Stand With Ukraine, the agency supports the development of the La Cantine de Marioupol project, providing its expertise in architectural design and the planning of the future third place in Dnipro, which will host training, catering and support activities for displaced populations.

The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs is a major institutional partner of Stand With Ukraine. It supports several projects led by the association, particularly within the framework of decentralised cooperation and Ukraine’s reconstruction initiatives, and contributes to the development of Franco-Ukrainian cooperation.

Logeo Seine is a social housing provider based in Normandy, committed to developing innovative solutions in the field of housing and living environments. As a partner of the association within the framework of the La Cantine de Marioupol project and the cooperation between Le Havre and Mariupol, Logeo Seine contributes its expertise in housing, urban reconstruction, and territorial development.

Cuisine Mode d’Emploi(s), founded by chef Thierry Marx, is a network of vocational schools providing training in the culinary arts, baking, pastry-making, and hospitality service, with a strong focus on professional integration. As part of the La Cantine de Marioupol project, Cuisine Mode d’Emploi(s) is a key partner of Stand With Ukraine, providing training for Ukrainian beneficiaries and contributing to the development of future training programmes in Dnipro.

Électriciens Sans Frontières is an NGO that, since 1986, has been working to reduce inequalities in access to electricity and water worldwide while supporting economic and human development through renewable energy solutions. The organisation is a partner of the Des Lumières pour L’Hiver campaign.

Expertise France is the French public agency for international technical cooperation. As a partner of Stand With Ukraine on several projects, it supports the development of Franco-Ukrainian cooperation in the areas of reconstruction, institutional capacity building, and territorial development.

In reaction to this major humanitarian crisis, the platform Aide Ukraine was created by the Comité de coordination d’aide à l’Ukraine, in collaboration with the Ukrainian Embassy in France. Its aim is to provide information for Ukrainians arriving in France and for French people looking for ways to help Ukraine.

B4Ukraine is an international coalition of civil society organizations, of which Stand With Ukraine is a member.

These organizations have a common objective: block access to economic and financial resources permitting Russian aggression.

ANTS is an Ukrainian NGO based in Kyiv, which accompanies the democratic transformation of Ukraine, in particular preparing Ukrainian politicians for the process of European integration. The association is committed to fighting corruption and Russia’s hybrid war within Ukrainian society. ANTS is a key partner for Stand With Ukraine in the campaign ‘Lights for Winter’ for the delivery of generators to Ukraine.

Vitsche is an NGO of young Ukrainians in Germany, founded during the Russian invasion. The association organizes support for Ukraine through political, cultural and educational events, and campaigns for recognition of the Ukrainian cause. Vitsche also provides support for Ukrainian refugees and for sending humanitarian aid.

Cities 4 Cities is a strategic partner of Stand With Ukraine in establishing municipal partnerships. As a specialist in twinning initiatives, this organization connects Ukrainian and European municipalities to strengthen partnerships and support Ukraine’s aspirations for European Union membership as well as post-war reconstruction.
